I think I'll wait for "Ultimate Super Turbo Street Fighter Versus Tekken Edition". Seriously, why to Capcom continue to do this? And by discussing the prospect of a "Super" edition they are making the original edition almost redundant prior to it even being released.

I truly can not wait to sink my teeth into this game, it looks to be fixing all my previous issues with Hitman titles. It was only a matter of months prior to the announcement of the title that I suggested better AI, story and combat (and cover system) would make fore the perfect Hitman installant yet, and luckily that is what we shall receive this year.

Whilst that may be so, it does have it's audience. Whilst I have heard of issues in regards to stupid AI (Enemies promise not to harm the player only to attack once he puts his gun down, on lifting it they make the same promise not to harm, only to attack once put down again and again), there are many people (fans of the genre) who will find the game to act as a nice distraction from the bigger releases of the year.

I myself don't find it appealing but I know many gam...

I didn't miss the jetpack, I prefer the more grounded approach taken with GTA IV, however the BMX riding and customisation in regards to wait and such I did feel would have benefited GTA IV's realistic world, however, these look to be making a return in GTA V.

I would score Graphics and Sound higher as the Voice Acting is absolutely superb and when considering the sheer scope of the game, Graphically its fantastic. Whilst many consider San Andreas to be the better game, I personally would have to disagree, I still remember the first time I played GTA IV (on release date) and seeing how realistic the world was, people walking, talking, drinking, eating, reading, working, it is such a magnificent game, and GTA V looks to be even more incredible, I ca...

Funny, I wouldn't say RAGE and DOOM where at all similar excluding respective and genre. One is a more stylistic, diverse title with a certain degree of choice in regards to how the player approaches a given scenario, the other is old-school shooter. RAGE features Side-Missions, Racing, Vehicular Combat, light RPG elements and more. iD Software in my eyes did a fantastic job of working on something other than what they knew would ship millions through name alone, for that, I give them cre...

I despise it when people persistently list Superheroes they want to see receive the "Rocksteady" treatment. As a fan of comics I appreciate the brilliance of the Arkham titles, but as a fan of gaming I appreciate "Rocksteady" being a versatile, talented studio. Are people unaware of "Urban Chaos: Riot Response"? I'd like to see them produce a new IP, with their new found popularity, it would be a fantastic time to do so...

This is the first review I've seen for this game to score it above a 3/10. To be completely honest, from the gameplay I have seen, the game is an abomination. Technically Horrendous, Buggy, Ugly, non-existent AI, the game looks truly shambolic and it deserves to be met with such high levels of criticism. Whilst Saints Row The Third does a perfect job of keeping the humour featured within the game lighthearted, Postal crosses the line and makes the game feel dirty and just plain disgusting...

Artistically, Bioshock Infinite (From what we've seen).
Technically, I will wait to make my decision but based on ACTUAL gameplay we've seen as of yet, I'd say Metro: Last Light.

How was your trip to the future?

As a comic fan, I found the story of Batman: Arkham City to have left much to be desired. The story felt somewhat predictable and featured a number of plot wholes. Also SPOILER!

Talia's death had no impact due to the lack of appearance in Asylum and was a desperate means of expressing Jokers sadistic side. I would much rather have had him kill Selina (Huge impact due to players interaction with her) or even Harley. Also, there was little sense of scale, despite knowing of...

Gears of War 3, Epic are supporting it every quarter year with new DLC of which even without the community (including myself) would continue to play. Thanks again Epic on the amazing game.
Other picks:
- The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (A seemingly endless game, I Can't wait for the reveal of the DLC)
- Batman: Arkham City (Rocksteady have almost perfected their "Batman Arkham" formula, now they need to perfect the DLC Add-On, people want more than Challenge ...

Perhaps people who enjoy the franchise? I lived the map creator and the fire physics are second to none. Also, the footage previewed at E3 last year showed strong indications to past mistakes being adressed, interesting characters, stronger shooting mechanics (Cover-System), working stealth, a true choice as to how to approach scenarios, more interesting game world and more memorable firefights.

Of course, Far Cry 3, how could I have forgotten?

Whilst I agree with many featured on the list, I don't agree with the listing of "The Last of Us", yes the trailer was fantastic, yes Naughty Dogs track record is brilliant, but it's a new IP with almost no information regarding gameplay released, therefor how can we state that it will be one of the defining games next year?

Mine would be:
Grand Theft Auto V
Bioshock Infinite
Hitman Absolution
Halo 4
Prey 2
Mas...

Gears of War 3 too easy? Try completing it on Insane Difficulty with the Enemy Regeneration, Vampire and no Ammo Pickups Mutators. As for the above statement that Gears of War 3 didn't live up to it's promise of concluding the trilogy, it did just that, almost every single review stated that.

When arguing in defence of a games quality, don't use Gametrailers.com as a reference. They've lost all credibility after their recent "Game of the Year" Awards. Why? Well, listeners of the weekly "Invisible Walls" Podcast, hosted by the reviewers of the site, will have heard Shane Saterfield, the head reviewer for Gametrailers reveal that they haven't given awards where they are deserving as such, they gave awards to games that would satisfy their community. I...

Jim Sterling is an incredibly inconsistent reviewer, whilst his harsh critical opinion on games such as Duke Nukem Forever are completely agreeable. When scoring games such as Modern Warfare 3 a 9.5, only to have reviewed Gears of War 3 at an 8 (Claiming the multiplayer to be a game of luck, of which seems to be a complaint due to him having a lack of skill) and Batman Arkham City 8.5, it is infuriatingly unacceptable. Destruction need to give bigger titles to other reviewers (as they did wit...

I'd just like to point out that whilst I completely understand why people disagreed with me, Rockstar haven't even announced what platforms GTA V will be releasing on, so I highly doubt the game will release in less than a year after the trailer (or around a year).
